José Luis Figueroa

José Luis Figueroa is a retired Brigadier General and the current president of the Forum of Retired Generals. He previously served on the board of the IOSFA, representing the Army. Recently, he has been vocal about the critical financial situation of the IOSFA, highlighting mismanagement and urging for changes in leadership structure to better serve military personnel.
