José Marcelo Allemant

José Marcelo Allemant is known as the president of Deportivo Municipal during the early 1990s. His son, Franklin Allemant, was severely injured in a terrorist attack on May 9, 1991, which also resulted in the death of promising young player Héctor Mathey, deeply affecting the club and its community.
