Ramón Quiroga is a former Argentine-Peruvian footballer and coach, known for his role as a goalkeeper in the Peruvian national team during the World Cups of 1978 and 1982. In 1991, he was the head coach of Deportivo Municipal, where he faced the harrowing tragedy of a terrorist attack that claimed the life of his player, Héctor Mathey.
