Joseph Hoyos
Joseph Hoyos was a friend of Crown Prince Rudolf of Austria and was present during the tragic events at Mayerling in 1889. He was one of the first to discover the aftermath of the incident and played a role in the initial response to the shocking deaths of Rudolf and Maria Vetsera.
