Jossa Floranza

Jossa Floranza is a resident of Virac, a locality on the island of Catanduanes in the Philippines, who recently faced the devastating impacts of Typhoon Fung-wong. After previously being forced to relocate due to another typhoon, her new home was also destroyed by the recent storm, leading her to express her exhaustion and frustration with the recurring natural disasters that have affected her community.
