Julio César de Óleo

Julio César de Óleo was the personal messenger and a close friend of Deputy Carlos José Gil. He tragically lost his life in the roof collapse at the Jet Set nightclub on April 8, 2023, during a night of celebration. De Óleo was remembered for his vibrant spirit and camaraderie, particularly captured in a joyful photo taken shortly before the disaster.
