Julio Fullaondo Céspedes

General del Aire Julio Fullaondo Céspedes is the commander of the Paraguayan Air Force (Fuerza Aérea Paraguaya), responsible for overseeing the implementation of new military technologies and protocols to enhance national security. Recently, he announced the reactivation of two mobile radar systems previously sent for repairs in Israel, which will aid in the detection and interception of illicit flights within Paraguayan airspace, as part of the country’s efforts to combat drug trafficking and ensure aerial safety.
