Kair Tynybekova

Kair Tynybekova is the chairperson of the homeowners' association (OСИ) of one of the buildings in the 'Seven Barrels' residential complex in Astana. She has lived in the complex since its inception, recalling the grand ceremony when the first building was inaugurated with the presence of the president. Tynybekova has been actively involved in addressing the multitude of construction issues that have arisen over the years, including significant fire safety concerns and building maintenance challenges, often advocating for government assistance to improve living conditions for residents.
