Kairat Torebaev
Kairat Torebaev has been appointed as the permanent representative of Kazakhstan to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and international economic organizations. He has a strong educational background, holding a degree in International Economics from the Kazakh State Academy of Management and a master's degree in international law and economics from the World Trade Institute in Bern.
