Kaj Larsen

Kaj Larsen is a former Navy SEAL and veteran who served in Naval Special Warfare for 13 years, reaching the rank of lieutenant commander. He is known for his close friendship with Lt. Michael P. Murphy, with whom he completed the grueling workout known as 'the Murph.' Currently, he leads military investing and communications at Siebert.Valor and actively participates in commemorating fallen service members through challenging fitness events.
