Kanjabanga

Kanjabanga is an attorney who has recently been in the news due to a court ruling that mandated him to refund P5,000,000 to a liquidator, following allegations that he received the funds as legal fees for representing the directors of a liquidated company. The High Court judge, Omphemetse Motumise, ruled that the transaction was void, as Kanjabanga failed to provide sufficient evidence to justify the payment, which was deemed a sham.
