
Rapula Okaile
Rapula Okaile is a business partner of Marsland and has been implicated alongside him in a scandal involving the misappropriation of funds from the Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund (BPOPF). Both Okaile and Marsland are facing criminal charges related to corruption and fraud, with a Court of Appeal ruling in December 2021 reversing their previous acquittal.
