Kanoya Ali

Kanoya Ali is an advocate and colleague of Rob White at Chicago CRED, where they both work to help young men avoid gang life and violence. Ali has been outspoken against the militarization of communities, asserting that local residents and community leaders are already the 'troops' necessary for improving safety and reducing crime in Chicago.
