Kapila Bamanurachchi

Kapila Bamanurachchi is the chairman of the Lanka Fisheries Harbor Authority and has recently been involved in a program to distribute high-quality refined oil to the fishing community in Sri Lanka, aimed at providing relief and support to local fishermen.
