Karim El Baqqaly

Karim El Baqqaly is a Moroccan national and the confessed pilot of the narcolancha involved in the tragic incident that led to the deaths of two Guardia Civil agents in Barbate, Spain, in February 2023. Following his arrest in September 2023, he claimed during interrogation that the incident was an accident and sought to express remorse to the families of the victims.
