Katherine Gutiérrez is a 28-year-old economist from Cajamarca, Peru, currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on International Development at Harvard University. As co-president of the Peruvian Caucus and the inaugural Peru Conference at Harvard, she actively engages in public policy discussions and initiatives aimed at addressing pressing issues in Peru, emphasizing the importance of youth involvement in national development.
