Piero Ríos

Piero Ríos, a 29-year-old lawyer from Arequipa, is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law with a scholarship from Pronabec at Oxford University. As the president of the Peruvian Society of Oxford, he advocates for increased visibility and leadership development within the Peruvian community abroad, encouraging fellow Peruvians to consider their role in the country's future despite challenges of talent migration.
