Kathy Tomkins is the co-owner of Amaroo Bangalow, a luxury eco-friendly accommodation in the Northern Rivers region of Australia. Along with her husband, she has dedicated over a decade to revitalizing a former dairy farm into a rainforest sanctuary, planting 45,000 native trees and creating a sustainable environment for local wildlife.
