Kauliņš
Kauliņš is a former advisor to the executive director of the Riga City Council and has been appointed as the director of the Department of Public Spaces and Mobility. He holds an engineering degree in transport construction from Riga Technical University and has previously served as the chairman of the board of AS 'Ceļuprojekts' and as a deputy in the Olaines municipality. Since 2021, he has been an advisor to the City Executive Director and currently works in the Riga City Council's Finance Department.
