Keila Yael Martínez Victoria

Keila Yael Martínez Victoria has recently been appointed as the interim director general of the Panamanian Food Agency (APA) following the resignation of Alberto Paz Rodríguez. With a background as an agronomist specializing in agricultural development, she holds a master's degree in agricultural sciences with a focus on plant protection. Martínez Victoria has been involved in the agricultural sector since 2003, starting her career at the Ministry of Agricultural Development (MIDA) in the Executive Directorate of Agricultural Quarantine. She has held various significant positions, including serving as the general secretary of the APA prior to her recent appointment.
