Kenneth Polite

Kenneth Polite is an accomplished attorney and public servant who has held significant roles within the Department of Justice, including serving as the Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division. He is currently being called upon by the House Judiciary Committee for testimony concerning the investigation into the January 6 Capitol riot, particularly regarding the collection of phone records of several members of Congress.
