Kirill Semion

Kirill Semion is the General Director of the National Center for Competence in Information Management Systems (NCK ISU) in Russia. He has been instrumental in developing a new insurance policy aimed at covering the risks associated with transitioning from foreign ERP systems, such as SAP and Oracle, to domestic alternatives, thereby facilitating the country's import substitution efforts.
