Klimaliyev

Klimaliyev is the First Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan. He has been an advocate for sustainable agricultural practices and poverty alleviation within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Recently, he highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts among member states to enhance agricultural productivity and improve the livelihoods of local farmers.
