Kora
Kora is a concerned citizen who recently drew attention for his involvement in the sale of cattle in Kanilai, the hometown of former Gambian president Yahya Jammeh. Arriving out of curiosity, he quickly recognized that the cattle were being sold at significantly undervalued prices. Acting in the interest of public welfare, Kora challenged the Registrar General, Alieu Jallow, to raise the sale prices to reflect the true value of the livestock. Despite facing criticism from some buyers, he remained committed to ensuring that the sale was conducted fairly, emphasizing that the cattle were public assets. His efforts, which went unrecognized and unpaid, highlighted his dedication to protecting the state's interests.
