Lappartient

Lappartient is the president of the International Cycling Union (UCI) and has been influential in promoting cycling globally. He was among the candidates for the IOC presidency but was unable to secure enough votes to compete with Kirsty Coventry, who made history by becoming the first female president of the IOC.
