Leandro José Villanueva Acebal is a prominent Dominican executive with extensive experience in public management, finance, and international cooperation. Villanueva is recognized for his efforts in strengthening regulatory frameworks and coordinating actions against drug trafficking, earning him a position on the Board of Directors of the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD). He holds a degree in Finance and Risks from St. Mary’s University and an MBA from the University of Miami, along with specialized training in drug control and global diplomacy.
