Leonardo Mazurek

Leonardo Mazurek is one of the co-founders of Pod, a foodtech company based in Santa Catarina, Brazil. He and his brother launched the first prebiotic soda in the country, called Poddi, in 2023, after initially starting their business with kombucha production.
