Leopoldo II de Bélgica

Leopoldo II de Bélgica was the King of the Belgians from 1865 to 1909 and is notorious for his exploitation of the Congo Free State, which he personally owned. Under his rule, millions of Congolese people suffered from forced labor, violence, and atrocities, as he sought to extract rubber and other resources. His reign has been widely condemned for its brutality and is often cited as one of the most egregious examples of colonial exploitation.
