Li Shouxue

Li Shouxue is the Director of the Water Resources Bureau in Dezhou, Shandong Province, China. He has been actively involved in the implementation of water resource management policies, particularly in reducing excessive water usage in the region. Under his leadership, Dezhou successfully decreased its annual water consumption from the Yellow River significantly, shedding its designation as a water resource overload area by emphasizing water conservation initiatives.
