
Ling Zhifeng
Ling Zhifeng, a 56-year-old politician from Fuyang, Zhejiang, has held various significant roles in China's public administration. He began his career in Zhejiang's local government, serving as the Party Secretary of Gaoqiao Town in Fuyang and later in key positions such as the Secretary of the Organization Department and the County Mayor of Chun'an. His ascent in the police and security sectors included roles as the Director of the Shaoxing Public Security Bureau and Deputy Mayor. In 2018, he became the Party Secretary and Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Emergency Management Department, followed by his appointment as the Secretary of the Jinhua Municipal Committee. He later served as the Deputy Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Government and was recently appointed as the Deputy Minister of Public Security in Beijing, reflecting his extensive experience and influence in public security and governance.
