Liren Lai

Liren Lai is a Chinese national who traveled to the United States on a tourist visa and has been arrested for his involvement in espionage activities for the People's Republic of China. He is charged with collaborating with Yuance Chen to collect intelligence about U.S. Navy service members and bases and facilitating covert financial transactions on behalf of China's Ministry of State Security.
