Yuance Chen

Yuance Chen is a Chinese national residing in Happy Valley, Oregon, who has been arrested on charges of acting as an agent for the People's Republic of China’s Ministry of State Security. He is accused of gathering intelligence on U.S. Navy personnel and attempting to recruit military members to aid in espionage efforts against the United States. Chen allegedly facilitated a cash 'dead drop' payment for the MSS and communicated with a Navy member regarding potential recruitment.
