Liu Huimin

Liu Huimin is the Deputy General Manager and Chief Geologist of the Shengli Oilfield Company, a subsidiary of Sinopec, where he has played a pivotal role in advancing the exploration and development of shale oil resources. He has been instrumental in developing innovative theories and technologies that have significantly increased the estimated resource potential of the Jiyang shale oil area.
