Liu Wentao

Liu Wentao is the chief designer of the Xi'an-Yan'an high-speed railway project at China Railway First Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. He is recognized for his innovative use of advanced technologies, such as 3D remote sensing, to address the complex geological challenges posed by the construction of the railway, which is a key component of China's national high-speed rail network.
