Liu Xiaotao

Liu Xiaotao, born in 1970 in Xingning, Guangdong, has held several key roles in provincial governance, including Mayor of Shantou and Secretary of the Chaozhou Municipal Committee. He has served as the Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and has recently been confirmed to take over as Governor of Jiangsu Province, following the appointment of Xu Kunlin as Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Committee.
