Luci Bento Cardozo

Luci Bento Cardozo is an alternate councilor at the National Council of Higher Education (Cones) and a board member of the private university Nihon Gakko. She raised questions about the potential closure of the Universidad Central del Paraguay's northern campus as a result of the recent decision to move its programs to Asunción.
