Miguel Cáceres

Miguel Cáceres is the rector of the Universidad Interamericana in Paraguay and a candidate for local office. He has been involved in the controversy surrounding the approval of a new medical program at his university, which was established shortly after the decision to relocate programs from the Universidad Central del Paraguay.
