Luckson Elan, also known as 'General Luckson', is the leader of the Gran Grif gang, a significant faction within the Haitian gang coalition Viv Ansanm. Under his leadership, Gran Grif has been implicated in numerous violent incidents, including a devastating massacre in Pont-Sondé that claimed over 70 lives. The gang, which operates predominantly in the Artibonite region, is notorious for its brutal tactics and has been linked to severe human rights abuses.
