Luis Gerardo Villanueva
Luis Gerardo Villanueva is a Costa Rican politician known for his role in the Legislative Assembly, particularly during contentious elections for the presidency of the Congress. He was notably involved in the 2011 political struggle against Juan Carlos Mendoza, which prevented then-President Laura Chinchilla from delivering her annual address to the Assembly on May 1st, breaking a longstanding tradition.
