Luis Montero

Luis Montero is the president of Perú San Germán, a soccer club based in the San Martín de Porres district of Lima. He founded the team in 2015, inspired by local youth and a humorous suggestion to name it after the famous Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). Under his leadership, the club has fostered community engagement and development through sports, offering free training to local children and aspiring athletes.
