Colonel Luis R. Herrera Almonte is the commander of the Honor Guard Regiment in the Dominican Republic, tasked with ceremonial duties and the protection of state functions. He was present at the airport to receive President Luis Abinader following his participation in the International Energy Conference and Expo in Guyana.
