Luis Rosendo Gutiérrez Romano is the Undersecretary of Foreign Trade in Mexico, known for his role in facilitating trade negotiations and agreements between Mexico and the United States. Recently, he was in the news for announcing upcoming agreements on security, fentanyl, migration, and trade, which are expected to be revealed by President Claudia Sheinbaum in early November as a result of negotiations during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit.
