Luo Minqiu

Luo Minqiu is the head of the Chinese Studies Institute at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in South Korea. He aims to decode Chinese civilization and cultivate talents with cross-cultural communication skills to foster global inclusive development, inspired by the wisdom embedded in Chinese culture.
