Mahdi Sheri

Mahdi Sheri is a 23-year-old Hezbollah fighter who was injured in a recent Israeli operation targeting the group's communication systems. He lost his left eye and has severely limited vision in his right eye after responding to a pager alert on the day of the attack. Sheri, who had been ordered back to the frontlines, is currently supported by Hezbollah as he seeks to find a new job away from combat.
