Mahinda Parakrama Disanayake

Dr. Mahinda Parakrama Disanayake has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority. He has previously served as a presidential advisor on maritime, port, and supply chain affairs, and has held various significant positions including Secretary of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Southern Development, and Chairman of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority and the Jay Bahalu Project. With extensive local and international experience in the maritime and supply sectors, he has worked with numerous international organizations focusing on trade and development.
