Sirimawan Ranasinghe

Sirimawan Ranasinghe is a retired Admiral and the Chairman of the Colombo Port Authority, known for his significant contributions to the development of Sri Lanka's maritime infrastructure. Recently, he was in the news for the announcement regarding the addition of a third container terminal service at the Eastern Container Terminal in Colombo, which is expected to enhance the terminal's capacity to handle 500,000 TEUs by 2025.
