Major Iqbal

Major Iqbal is a Pakistani military officer believed to be associated with the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and is alleged to have played a central role in orchestrating the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. He is reported to have conceptualized the attacks in collaboration with Lashkar-e-Taiba operatives, including David Coleman Headley and Tahawwur Rana, and is considered a key figure in the planning and execution of the operation that resulted in widespread devastation and loss of life.
