Maksym Moseychuk

Maksym Moseychuk was a civilian resident of the Kyiv region who, along with his brother Roman, was tragically murdered, leading to the arrest of several individuals, including a former commander of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade, Stanislav Luchanov, on charges of involvement in these crimes.
