Manfer

Manfer is a Peruvian chef and entrepreneur who founded La Tasca de Juancho, a restaurant in Caracas that has been serving authentic Peruvian cuisine for nearly two decades. Having initially worked with renowned chef Gastón Acurio at Astrid & Gastón in Lima, he migrated to Venezuela with his brother, where they started a small Spanish restaurant that eventually transitioned to a fully Peruvian menu. Manfer's dedication to maintaining high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes has made La Tasca de Juancho a beloved culinary destination for locals and expatriates alike, earning recognition from the Peruvian consulate for his efforts in promoting Peruvian gastronomy abroad.
