Mannerheim

Carl Gustav Emil Mannerheim was a Finnish military leader and statesman, serving as the Commander-in-Chief of the Finnish Defence Forces during World War II and later as the President of Finland from 1944 to 1946. His statue in Helsinki is among those featured in JP Kaljonen's sound installation, which explores the auditory characteristics of national monuments.
